Butter Chicken Roll


  • Serves: As Desired
  • Preparation time: 10 – 15 min
  • Cook time: 25 – 30 min


  • ½ kg Chicken
  • ½ Fresh cream packet
  • 1 tsp. Red chili (crushed)
  • 1 tsp. Black pepper (crushed)
  • 1 tsp. Raw papaya paste.
  • 2 tsp. Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 2 tbsp. Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 6 to 8 Parathay

For salad:

  • 2 Onions (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 4 Green chilies (chopped)
  • ½ bunch Mint (chopped)
  • Salt to taste


  1. Wash chicken and add in bowl with papaya paste, ginger garlic paste and salt to mix.
  2. Now cook chicken till water dries.
  3. Then add fresh cream, red chili crushed, black pepper crushed, butter with oil to cook.
  4. Now place paratha and put chicken mixture in center with onion salad and roll it.
  5. Butter chicken roll is ready.
  6. Now for salad in a bowl add sliced onion, lemon juice, and salt, chopped mint and chopped green chilies to mix. Salad is ready.
