NSC reviews internal, external security issues

ISLAMABAD: The National Security Committee (NSC) met here on Friday to audit interior and outside security issues and gatherings of Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif with the US authority.

The meeting here at the Prime Minister Office is being led by Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.

Head administrator Abbasi had a concise meeting with US President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence on the sidelines of UN General Assembly’s session.

Abbasi’s meeting with VP Pence was the most elevated contact between the two sides since the arrangement was declared on Aug 21.
